The «International Contract 2026» forum took place in Moscow, where CCTT actively participated at the invitation of ICC Russia. Anton Avramets, Advisor to the Secretary General of CCTT, moderated the key session titled «Cargo Risk Management: Insurance, Logistics, and Goods Control».


The session brought together leading experts in international trade and logistics:

Nina Vilkova — Professor at the Department of International Private Law, Russian Academy of Foreign Trade; Member of the Presidium of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the RF CCI; Chair of the ICC Russia Arbitration Commission

Shouzhi An — Managing Partner of AnJie Broad Law Firm (Xiamen)

Dmitry Lokshin — Independent Expert, former Head of Credendo Single Risks Insurance Aktiengesellschaft

Tatyana Ivashkova — Member of the ICC Russia Banking Commission, Leader of the Expert Group on Trade Digitalization

The session participants discussed critical issues in modern international logistics:

  • Cargo insurance in international trade
  • Documentation support when working with intermediaries
  • Transportation documents (bills of lading, warehouse receipts, eBL)
  • Risk distribution in complex supply chains
  • Digitalization of document flow in international trade
