CCTT key objectives:

Attracting transit and foreign trade freights for Trans-Eurasian routes, including ITC West — East, North — South.
Coordinating the activities of freight transportation companies in land and sea segments of Trans-Eurasian routes in international traffic to ensure high-quality delivery of freights and development of economic relations between the Asia-Pacific, Central Asia, CIS, Baltic and European countries using the infrastructure of Russian Railways.

Key tasks and areas of activities of CCTT:

  • Preparation of initiatives and development of measures to increase the scope of freight transportation for ITC West — East, North — South basing on the transport market analysis, including through reduction of transit time, improvement of technological processes, safety of freights, and simplification of customs procedures.
  • Preparation of initiatives to address the limiting factors in attracting transit and foreign trade freights for Trans-Eurasian routes.
  • Building and implementing transport and logistics products and promotion of container line services in the international transport services market.
  • Development and implementation of digital, innovative IT technologies, automated systems, legally relevant electronic document flow.
  • Building a single integration digital space of Trans-Eurasian transportation.
  • Facilitating to improve mechanisms in rolling stock operations.
  • Facilitating to develop competences in transport sphere.
  • Promoting Trans-Siberian service and strengthening business ties with freight owners.
  • Analysis of the transport market and the freight base of Trans-Eurasian railroad and intermodal transportation.
  • Participation in activities of other public and international transport organisations.
