CCTT Members can be legal entities:
  • Recognising and meeting the requirements of the CCTT Charter;
  • Participating in CCTT activities;
  • Paying annual membership fees.

CCTT membership can be standing and associated.

Standing Members of CCTT are eligible to:

  • Participate in CCTT plenary meetings and vote on all aspects of CCTT activities;
  • Elect and be elected for CCTT steering bodies;
  • Participate in CCTT working groups’ activities;
  • Address the CCTT Secretariat with proposals and requests for assistance in issues related to transportation of transit and foreign trade freights along the Trans-Siberian Route;
  • Use the CCTT logo;
  • Host the CCTT plenary meetings.

Associated CCTT Members are eligible to:

  • Participate in CCTT plenary meetings in a consultative capacity;
  • Participate in CCTT working meetings and working groups’ activities;
  • Address the CCTT Secretariat with proposals to assist in issues related to transportation of transit and foreign trade freights along the Trans-Siberian Route;
  • Use the CCTT logo.
Step 1.
Submit an application in free form to the CCTT Secretariat addressed to the CCTT Chair to initiate the membership process.
Step 2.
After receiving the application, the CCTT Secretariat conducts a written survey. If the standing members of the CCTT approve the candidacy, the issue of membership is placed on the agenda of the upcoming Plenary Meeting.
Step 3.
Final decisions regarding both admission and exclusion from the CCTT are made by the Plenary Meeting through a formal resolution.

Membership Fees

According to the Regulation on Membership, Entry and Other Fees established by the decision of the annual XXXIV CCTT Plenary Meeting as of 2025, December 4 (Dubai, UAE), the CCTT Members commit to timely pay the specified fees. Types of fees:

  • Annual membership fees;
  • Entry fee;
  • Voluntary and other fees, including in the form of financial aid, donations, targeted fees, financing the activities of CCTT according to the CCTT Charter.

The amount of one-time and membership fees is defined by the Plenary Meeting for specific calendar year.
